41. raspberry cheesecake brownie
This chocolatey, cheesy, fruity treat was amazing. The first two layers were really a repeat of recipes i'd done before. First was a layer of traditional brownie and next a layer of cheesecake.
The third was fresh and easy. This is the first time i've used raspberries and it was quite nice how i didn't have to cut them up. I just put them in the cream whole with some sugar and whisked with the electric mixer till it turned into pink cream yumminess.
